Time Frame
All in-stock item ships within 3 business days after payment received.
For custom JumpSac Ring Slings, please allow approximately 7 -14 business days before shipping is made, after payment received.
We do our best to meet these timeframes but we do greatly appreciate your patience and understanding when for whatever reason we are not able to. Please remember that once a carrier ships, we are no longer able to control the timing of it. That is entirely dependent on the delivery service being used (PosEkspres / PosLaju for domestic and Air Parcel / PosEkspres International for international). However, if you do live in a location that has problematic mail service, we highly recommend emailing us first to discuss insuring your package before shipment.

Shipping
All parcels are shipped without insurance, unless specified. If you want your parcels insured, it is going to be at your expense.

International Shipping charges: RM45 per item.

There might be customs tax involved. Please check with your local customs office for details. We are not able to mark items as gifts in order to avoid customs charges. JumpSacBaby has no control over the parcel once it ships. If the shipper indicates that a delivery was made and your package is missing, you must file a claim with your local post office.
What is the weight limit of the carrier?
You can wear your child from newborn to maximum 15kg, or as long as you can comfortably carry them. Weight limit varies depending on fabric used.
What’s the size of the JumpSac ring sling? Will the JumpSac Ring Sling fit me?

Are the JumpSac Ring Slings shoulder padded?
Yes. All JumpSac ring slings are lightly padded, to give that extra cushion for your shoulders especially when carrying heavier babies.
What are the rings of the JumpSac Ring Slings made of? Can they withstand my baby's weight?
The rings used to construct JumpSac ring slings are rings that are done especially for use in baby slings, and are made of smooth, strong, safe and weld-free aluminum, which are thoroughly tested by the people behind slingrings.com. The aluminum rings are batch tested at their facility, and also in an independent laboratory to ensure strength and non-toxicity.
As babies find the rings irresistible to chew on, they have ensured that the rings are carefully smoothed out and use non-toxic materials. As for the ring color, it is anodized onto the aluminum rings -- it becomes part of the metal, and will not chip off or lose its color with time.
The aluminum rings sizes used to make JumpSac ring slings are Medium, 2.5" (6.4 cm) and Large, 3" (7.6 cm) and 0.25" (.64 cm) thick.
Ring size does not depend on the height or weight of you or your baby. It depends on the fabric being used. Let us take care about this part for you. Generally, we use the Medium ring for thinner / slipperier fabric, and the Large rings for thicker / sturdier fabrics. All rings are provided by slingrings.com.
Is the JumpSac ring sling safe to be used, even on a newborn?
Yes it is, for as long as you adhere to the safety measures, and of course to use some common sense too.

Refer to "What's Your Sac?" article. We know that choosing the right ring sling can be overwhelming. Use the article as a rough guide to help you make your decisions.
How do I wash my JumpSac ring sling?
All JumpSac ring slings are machine washable (with exception to the Luxury Linen Series, which must be handwashed, and removed promptly. Dry cleaning is also recommended). Just make sure you wash separately, on cold with just a little detergent. Always wash separately. To reduce the clanking sound of the aluminium rings against the washing machine wall, put it in a large lingerie bag or pillow case and then line dry.
You CAN machine dry but the colors will stay brighter and more vibrant if you line dry. If you do machine dry, please dry on medium, remove promptly. And it is always a good idea when washing your carrier for the first time to include a dye catcher sheet with dark colors to catch any excess dye that may be present. If you couldn't find one, try getting them from the laundry shop or you could try using old cotton t-shirt.
(*Tips: For Pure Linen and Linen Blend, it is a good idea to steam iron / iron while fabric is still damped to help break in the fibers, so that the fabric will get softer faster.)
My baby hates the sling! What should I do?
We believe all babies are born to be worn (or hold.. or carried). You baby might need some time to get used with the sling. Try walking, talking, distracting and bouncing while you're putting your baby into the sling. Just make sure you move about. Your baby is going to love the sling in no time!
