JumpSac Ring Slings Wearing Instructions - Tummy to Tummy Carry (legs-out)
Here's how you do the Tummy to Tummy Carry (legs-out).
Tummy to tummy is perhaps the easiest carry of them all.
And it is suitable for newborns till toddlerhood, for as long as you're able to carry your baby comfortably, without having your baby's head blocking your view.
You can even pull the fabric up behind your baby's head for more support (especially for smaller babies without head control).

| First, put on your sling, and prepare/adjust the pouch just enough to fit your baby. Please ensure that rings are at the 'corsage position' or even higher up. Then, hold your baby in burp position on your 'free' shoulder (the shoulder which do not bear the sling) | Now, slide your hand (the one attached to your shoulder which bears the sling) into the pouch area, from the side, and through to the front, as shown. This will help open up the pouch. Bring your baby's legs into the pouch... |

| ...and through the pouch area (your other hand is still supporting your baby's bum/weight). | Place the bottom rail behind your baby's knees. This is to ensure a wide and deep enough pouch area for your baby to sit in. It also ensures that there are no red marks due to railing pressure points on baby's thigh. |

| Then, let baby sit in the pouch, at tummy / belly button level, or even higher up (for smaller babies). Please ensure that baby's bum is lower than baby's knees at all time (or at least at the same level as the knees). While still supporting baby's back with one hand, now use your other hand to lift the fabric behind baby's back. | Then use both of your hands to fully pull the fabric behind baby's back up to his/her neck level (or up till behind baby's head, for smaller babies with no head control). This ensures better support, better weight distribution, and allows hands-free babywearing. |

| To tighten, pull the top rail first, in the direction across your body, as shown. This is to ensure baby's back is firmly supported by the fabric. Support baby's weight/bum for easy adjustment/tightening. | Then, pull the bottom rail, as shown, to tighten the fabric behind baby's knees. Support baby's weight/bum for easy adjustment/tightening. |

| Walla! There you go! This is how tummy2tummy carry looks like from the front. If your baby is cooperative, place their hands inside the pouch area. This allows better support and better weight distribution. | And this is how it looks like from the side! Take note that baby's bum must at least be at the same level as baby's knees. The lower the bum from the knees, the better, and safer. |
