How to Purchase?
If you haven't logged in or registered as a JumpSacBaby.com website user, please do so one of the following:
If you're a returning customer, please login.
For new customers, please create an account / register.
Upon successful login, you'll be directed to the Shopping area.
Browse for the JumpSac Products (Ring Slings / Orbit Carriers / Mei Tais) that you'd like to purchase and click on Add To Cart.
To browse for another item that you'd like to purchase, click on Continue Shopping.
When you're done shopping, view your cart (or click on Show Cart). You can see all of the items that's you've added.
Double check the quantity of the items you're about to purchase, and click on Checkout.
For new customers, you'd be prompted to key in your Billing Information.
Once you've done so, you'll be able to key in a Shipping/Delivery address (or you can also select your Billing address as the default Shipping/Delivery address).
Then you'll need to select your preferred Shipping Method. (for most addresses, there is usually just 1 option for the Shipping Method).
Then, you'll need to select your Payment Method (see below). And lastly, you'll need to click on Submit, to complete your order.
Payment Method
Currently there are 3 options:
1. Maybank2u / ATM Transfer / Interbank GIRO Transfer

Payment for his method is accepted in Malaysia Ringgit currency only.
Please make sure you choose Malaysia Ringgit at the currency drop-down box at the top of the page before you Checkout.
2. PayPal 
- yes, we do accept PayPal, especially if you're an International buyer (outside of Malaysia). There's a 3.9% fee for this payment. Fee has been lifted! Yay! You'll be sent straight to Paypal Express Checkout and continue your payment there. Payment for this method is accepted in Malaysia Ringgit and US Dollar currency.
Please choose your preferred currency at the top of the page before you Checkout.
3. iPay88 Payment Gateway 
- for payment via Credit Cards (Visa and MasterCard) and various Online Banking shown above, you'll need to click on the "Pay Now" button after you submitted your order. You'll then be sent straight to ipay88 Secure Online Payment website and continue your payment there.
You'll need to key in your card details and Submit your payment.
Payment for this method is accepted in Malaysia Ringgit only.
Please make sure you choose Malaysia Ringgit at the currency drop-down box at the top of the page before you Checkout.
If you are an International buyer (or outside of Malaysia) your card will be charged with an amount denominated in Malaysia Ringgit.
Shipping:
All items will be shipped out of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
We will ship to you using PosLaju anywhere within Malaysia.
Domestic Shipping price: RM8 per item
For International buyers, we will be using PosEkspres International / Registered Post Parcel International / PosLaju International where necessary, anywhere in the world.
International Shipping price: RM45 per item.

For in-stock items, we will ship to you within 3 working days, after payment is received.
For new custom-made slings and non in-stock items, please allow 7-14 working days before shipment is made, after payment is received.
All items will be inspected before shipment.
